you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly. You’ll be responsible for: Welcoming and checking in patients Answering phones and managing email enquiries Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)Advising patients on preparation requirements Quoting fees and processing payments Handling DVA and third-party claims Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care What You’ll Bring:A warm, skilled, and approachable personality Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)Solid attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure Flexibility to work across multiple locationsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleA proactive mindset and willingness to learn Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) supports a multicultural and diversity workplace.
