Building Maintenance Technician (Casual)Solutions IE Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our new TOL Property Services team in South East Queensland. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter, builder or maintenance tradesperson looking for versatile work.
We are currently offering one regular day per week, with the opportunity for additional days as our maintenance division continues to grow. You will complete pre-scheduled maintenance and safety rectification works across residential strata and commercial properties - no chasing clients or quoting work. Typical duties include:
