This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. What you'll do: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide product and service information to customers. Process customer orders, Click & Collect requests, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Assist customers with Click & Collect enquiries,



including order collection, availability, and collection procedures. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and satisfactory manner. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. Continuously develop customer service skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. What you'll bring: Previous experience working in a customer service-based role (preferably within a call centre workplace).A great attitude and friendly phone manner. Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently as well as within a team. Confidence using various computer systems inc.
