Adbri is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the afternoon shift at Kembla Grange. You will lead a small crew of Production Operators, operate and troubleshoot plant equipment, and support maintenance to minimise downtime.
You will collaborate with Site Management and Maintenance to embed recent equipment and processes, develop operator capability and drive a solid safety culture on the floor.
