Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home. About the Role Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team Working in a safe manner to protect yourself,
