Serco is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the AHSC team to support workforce services across the SNSW Region. The role focuses on responding to workforce needs and ensuring shifts are covered, with a UPL-only arrangement and early morning and evening shifts.
As part of the National AHSC support team, you will answer calls, source backfill, and coordinate with staff and stakeholders to maintain continuity of service. This is a agile, government-backed contract workplace.
