Antenna is seeking a Managing Director to lead the organisation's performance and long-term sustainability. You will report to the Board and work in partnership with the Founder & Artistic Director, guiding strategy and governance for the not-for-profit festival.
The role focuses on growing and diversifying revenue, ensuring financial sustainability, and providing leadership across marketing, festival delivery and operations. It is a strategic, hands-on position in a small, ambitious team.
