Highfields Nextt are seeking female Disability Support Workers to support two female clients in a shared home workplace in Highfields, assisting them with daily living and helping them achieve their personal goals. Ad hoc Active Night shifts available (11:00 pm
9:00 am), with prospects to pick up additional ad hoc day shifts as required Client 1Disabilities: Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy, Anxiety (non-verbal)Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)Bladder incontinence support and toileting Postural management Medication assistance Domestic duties Full assistance with daily living Client 2Disabilities: Muscle weakness, Myotonia, reduced motor control, severe fatigue, respiratory weakness, Intellectual impairment Community access and social engagement Personal care (grooming, dressing)Domestic support Assistance with daily activities (meal preparation, routines,
