About the Role

We currently have an exciting part time opportunity available in our Heidelberg office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you’re energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building robust relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.

Hours: Part time - 3 days per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Do
Drive outcomes by placing job seekers into sustainable employment
Develop tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers
Deliver high-quality recruitment and training services with professionalism and care
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community partners
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes
