Glencore's McArthur River Mine laboratory seeks an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead a NATA-accredited team on a FIFO 15 days on / 13 days off roster. You will set laboratory standards, lead safety, ensure data quality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the lab.
You will manage budgeting and resource planning, work with stakeholders, and ensure reliable analytical results from ICP-MS, IC, XRF and ICP-OES in a remote mining setting.
