Aldridge Railway Signals is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at our Lidcombe office. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, with working hours between 9:30am and 3:00pm. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience using Fishbowl Inventory and be confident working with data entry, administration and customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

Data entry and updating information within Fishbowl Inventory

Maintaining accurate inventory and administrative records

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

Assisting with customer and sales enquiries

Preparing and recording meeting minutes

General office administration

Filing and maintaining documents

Photocopying and scanning

Sending and responding to emails

Providing general administrative support to the team as required

About you

Experienced in, or familiar with, Fishbowl Inventory

Accurate and attentive to detail

Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks





Confident using computers and Microsoft Office

Skilled and friendly when dealing with customers and staff

A clear and confident communicator

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Previous administration or inventory experience would be highly regarded

Part time hours with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule
