The Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is changing the way Melbourne moves and grows — connecting people to jobs, education, healthcare and housing opportunities across the city. Construction of SRL East from Cheltenham to Box Hill is already underway, with tunnelling commencing this year and trains set to run in ****. Program Highlights
Two-year fixed-term employment
Commencing 3 February ****
Up to four 6-month rotations aligned to your interests and career goals
Chance to undertake an Alliance Embedment rotation and gain experience with industry delivery partners

Selection process for intake ****:
Our recruitment process is designed to provide every candidate with a fair and engaging experience while giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills, potential and motivation to join SRLA.

Early October ****
Complete a series of online assessments, including:
Situational Judgement Test
Verbal Reasoning Assessment
Numerical Reasoning Assessment
Video Interview, where you'll record responses to a number of motivational questions

Mid-October ****
Attend anAssessment Centre and Interview(in-person event). Depending on the role and discipline, candidates may also be invited to participate in an individual interview.
Late October – November ****
Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment. Prior to an offer being finalised, we will complete reference checks, police checks and qualification verification.
Wednesday 3 February ****
Graduate Program commencement.

About you
To be eligible to apply, you must have:
Australia Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen
Completed a relevant university undergraduate degree in ****, ****, **** or graduate by January ****.
