You will lead a small crew in office, coordinating daily work while staying hands-on with trades.
This role links the crew with the Foreman to ensure work is delivered safely, to spec, and on schedule.
You will bring 3–5+ years of trade experience, a current White Card, and strong communication to mentor others and uphold safety standards on site.
