South Bunbury Community Aged Care, part of For Purpose Aged Care, invites applications for a Clinical Assessment Documentation Nurse.
The role spans three days per week to lead AN-ACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation practices at our South Bunbury residence.
You will assess recent residents, process uplifts, manage DoH communications and coach staff on assessment writing, with opportunities to generate insightful reports and contribute to service development.
