You will:
Provide strategic and instructional leadership across the Mathematics department.
Lead the development, implementation and review of Mathematics curriculum and teaching programs.




Support and mentor Mathematics staff to promote high-quality teaching and learning.
Use data and evidence to monitor student achievement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous professional growth.
Oversee assessment, curriculum planning and moderation across the department.
Teach Mathematics as required, modelling high-quality classroom practice.
Contribute to the wider academic and co-curricular life of the College.
You will bring:
Appropriate qualifications and significant teaching experience in Mathematics.
Proven leadership experience within a secondary Mathematics department or similar educational setting.
Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and senior secondary Mathematics pathways.
A genuine commitment to academic excellence and student outcomes.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ability to inspire, develop and lead a team of educators.
A collaborative and contemporary approach to teaching and educational leadership.
Requirements
Relevant teaching qualification.
Current, or ability to obtain,
QCT registration
.
Full working rights in Australia.
Demonstrated experience in Mathematics teaching and educational leadership.
