We're looking for anAdministration Officerto join ourSalem Aged Careteam and provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support.
You'll work closely with the service manager, clinical teams, residents, families and other stakeholders, helping the service run smoothly and ensuring people receive a friendly and professional experience.

Employment Type:Full Time | Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide friendly and professionalcustomer serviceto residents, families, visitors and staff
Respond to enquiries and provide information about our services and programs
Assist withfacility toursand enquiries from prospective clients
Support the Service Manager withtravel bookings and itineraries
Assist with maintaining theOutbreak Management register
Coordinate and organiseinternal meetings
Maintain contact lists and administrative records
Provide guidance and support to junior administration staff
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Work collaboratively with clinical, support and corporate teams to achieve positive outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
You'll be organised, approachable and comfortable working with a range of people.
Previous experience in asimilar administration role
Solid communication and customer service skills
The ability to workindependently and manage competing priorities
Confidence providing guidance and support to colleagues
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive and professional approach to working with residents, families and staff
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance &Police; Check.
