The Role:
We're on the lookout for a
Safety Officer
who thrives in a dynamic site-based role. You'll be on site Monday - Saturday.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans




Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors
Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions
What You'll Bring:
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
(a must!)
3 + years experience
in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites
Strong knowledge of
current WHS legislation
and compliance requirements
Previous experience on
unit builds or large-scale commercial
projects is ideal
