The Role

As aPersonal CareWorkeryou'

residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing,
independence,interestsand
choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:
n

To provide high quality, safe,
andtimelycontemporary
personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.
n
Assistthe resident with self-care needs, protected mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
n
Experience in Aged Care highly regarded




n
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
