We're looking for hospitality stars to join our
Bar, Restaurant and Café team
as we gear up for a busy season at
Blue Dolphin Resort Yamba
. With opportunities available now and additional shifts across upcoming school holidays and summer, this is your chance to be part of a team that's at the heart of our guests' holiday experience.
Casual opportunities available immediately
Work in a stunning waterfront resort location in beautiful Yamba
Extra shifts available throughout school holidays and the busy summer season
What you will do:
Deliver friendly, welcoming service to guests and visitors
Take food and beverage orders and process payments using POS systems
Prepare and servequalitycoffee
Serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails responsibly (RSA required)
Promote menu items, specials and enhance the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar spaces and service stations
Restock beverages, supplies and equipment throughout service
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures




Support your teammates during busy service periods to keep service flowing smoothly
What you will bring:
We're especially keen to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, bistro or similar hospitality environment
Barista experience and confidence preparing qualitycoffee
Bar experience serving beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
A current RSA Certificate
A positive, energetic and professional attitude
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Flexibility to work a rotating roster between approximately
6:30am and 8:00pm
, including weekends, public holidays and peak holiday periods
