About the Role:
Join a collaborative team certifying wide-ranging residential projects across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland, including custom and volume homes, renovations, extensions and pools.
Duties:
Assess and approve residential building applications
Conduct onsite inspections across the Gold Coast and SEQ
Review compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and standards
Liaise with builders, planners, architects, and homeowners
Deliver practical advice and contribute to team outcomes
Skills & Experience:
Relevant and current qualification in Building Certification
Residential certification experience across homes and alterations
Strong NCC, building codes and standards knowledge
Certflow or similar experience, plus Microsoft Office proficiency
