Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Doncaster store to lead daily operations, support the Store Manager and Optometrist, and drive a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.
This role offers hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, with progression opportunities as the brand expands across ANZ. Availability on a Sunday to Thursday full time roster is required.
