SEEK is seeking an Experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join a rapid-growing, Gold Coast based team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role requiring occasional face-to-face meetings on the Gold Coast or South East Queensland.
You will manage caseloads, coordinate supports, build participants' capacity and ensure alignment with NDIS plans and service agreements, while maintaining compliant reporting and KPI delivery.
