About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant you'll deliver outstanding customer service, create a positive shopping experience and support new and expectant parents. Your passion for helping others and ability to thrive in a dynamic retail workplace will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand the needs of new and expectant parents and provide personalized assistance and product recommendations.
Demonstrate baby and child care products, highlighting features and benefits to guide informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring the store is well-presented and organized.
Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
High standards in customer service and store presentation.
Skill in managing irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 15kg between floor and shoulder, 10kg above shoulder height, wear a headset for communication, and stand and walk for prolonged periods.
