The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on store leader to run a busy retail floor, manage a team of 10 to 15 people and oversee stock, service and standards with your team on the floor.
You'll be on the floor rather than at a desk, with no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and a real path forward as the business expands across Australia. From $***** base hourly rate plus penalty, overtime, bonus and 17.5% leave loading, this is a rare chance to grow with a global retailer in the making.
