What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.

You'll have the opportunity to:
Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans




Deliver evidence-based interventions across clinic and community settings
Work alongside clients, families and support networks through education and coaching
Manage a diverse caseload across the lifespan
Mentor and support other OTs, sharing your knowledge and clinical experience
Support the development of less experienced clinicians through collaboration, case discussions and peer learning
Collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team
Continue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development

You'll need:
Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
4+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist
Current AHPRA registration
Current Australian Driver's Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
