You will oversee the allocation of Corporate Compliance Trainers and ensure the Training Framework and Management System are audited, reviewed, and improved.
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will align training with site needs and incident learnings.
You will lead a small team, promote training standards, and develop electronic assessments and training reports.
