Eastern Health in Melbourne is seeking a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant to join the Care@Home GEM and Rehab@Home service based at Peter James Centre, Burwood East.
You will support hospital-level, patient-centred care in clients' homes, with daily visits for about two weeks after discharge.
