About the Role
We're
looking for
a
passionate
Team Leade
r to manage
a Supported
Independent Living (SIL) service
s
on the Central Coast
You'll
lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-
centered
care that empowers clients to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sit
e
s.
Ensuring homes are secure,
welcoming,
and
compliant.
Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan
Ensuring documentation is
accurate
and aligned with policy and system
requirements.
Supporting
clients
during NDIS planning and review meetings
Participating in




behaviour
support planning and restrictive practices where
required
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and
engagement.
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling
teams.
Who
We're
Looking For
2-3 years
leadership experience in the disability sector
Willingness to
participate
in flexible working hours including on call, evenings,
weekends
and public holidays
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
Excellent
organi
s
ational
, communication and coaching skills
Hold a valid NSW Driver's
Licence
(P2/full) and are confident driving
Unisson
vehicles.
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
