Wild Earth Australia Pty Ltd We are seeking a customer-focused ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team in Burleigh Heads. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to staff and customers, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues across the business. You will help maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations, escape more complex issues where needed, and ensure users receive timely, effective assistance. Task & responsibilities
Responding to and resolving IT support requests from staff via phone, email, or in person
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and determining appropriate solutions to resolve them
Setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, devices, peripherals, and network connections
Logging support requests and maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions
Escalating complex technical issues to external providers as required




Assisting with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
Providing guidance and basic training to users on systems and software
Monitoring system performance and reporting recurring issues
Assisting with the installation, configuration, and testing of IT equipment, software, and updates
Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of all IT equipment, including laptops, printers, networking devices and peripherals.
Qualification & experience
Minimum of 12 months' relevant experience in an ICT support or customer service technical role is required. A qualification equivalent to AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.
