Methodist Ladies' College in Melbourne's inner east seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function, delivering accurate, timely payroll services to all staff and ensuring compliance with Awards and legislation.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will lead a small payroll team, drive continuous improvement, manage system upgrades with UKG and Payroll Metrics, and partner with People, Finance and Technology to enhance the employee experience across the College.
