Mills Oakley in Adelaide is seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer (0-1 year PQE) to join the Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, working with Patrick Walsh on a broad range of matters.
You will assist on employment law, industrial relations, discrimination, workplace investigations, WHS, workers' compensation and litigation, with exposure to courts and the Fair Work Commission, and supported to develop technical and commercial skills.
