The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Diploma qualified Room Leader
in a
permanent full time role
.
4 days per week may also be considered.
You'll enjoy a fortnightly rotating roster,



providing stability and consistency in your week.
As Room Leader, you'll guide and support a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the curriculum.
This centre places strong emphasis on educator wellbeing, offering professional development, regular non-contact programming time, and above-award pay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
(ACECQA approved)
Have strong knowledge of the
EYLF
and
NQS
Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families
You will also need (or be willing to obtain):
Current Working With Children Check
CPR & First Aid certification
Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
Mandatory National Child Safety Training
