The Role:

As the
Area Manager
you will
Lead and mentor Centre Directors
to deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
Manage performance across multiple centres
, including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
Support services in maintaining high-quality ratings
under the National Quality Framework.
Embed Child Safe Standards
into everyday practice and culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
in partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
Foster positive relationships
with families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.
This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced leaders with multi-site management experience to further their career and work with a great organization.

About You!
– The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's ready for an exciting journey!
You'll bring:
➡️ A minimum Diploma of Children's Services
➡️ Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
➡️ Excellent Mentoring Skills
➡️ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
➡️ Confidence in building relationships with families and the community
➡️ Working with Children's check andcurrent first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
