Americold is seeking a Shift Manager for our Prospect NSW site to oversee day-to-day warehouse production flow in a fast-paced cold storage workplace.
You'll lead Team Managers and warehouse teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and strong service delivery.
You will focus on labour planning, workflow coordination, budgeting, and continuous improvement while promoting a positive, performance-driven culture.
Monday–Friday day shift, on-site role.
