About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry and Science Teacher to join the school on a permanent full-time basis from Term 3, ****.
The successful candidate will be confident teaching Chemistry and Science across Years 7–12, inspiring students through engaging, contemporary teaching practices while contributing positively to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality Chemistry and Science lessons across Years 7–12
Foster student achievement through innovative and evidence-based teaching practices
Create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with the Science faculty and broader school community
Actively contribute to the school's co-curricular program and Catholic ethos
About You You will bring:
Experience teaching senior Chemistry, with the ability to teach junior Science
A passion for inspiring young women to excel in STEM
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A team-oriented and proactive approach to teaching and school life
A commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education
Requirements
Relevant teaching qualifications
Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration, or eligibility to obtain registration
Full Australian working rights
An understanding of, and willingness to support, the values and ethos of a Catholic school
