The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to lead the 1–2 year old room within an established and supportive service.
As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 1–2 years.
You will work closely with your team to deliver high-quality educational programs, build strong relationships with families and support each child's individual learning journey.
You will be supported by experienced educators, a dedicated leadership team and excellent resources to ensure you can provide the highest quality outcomes for children in your care.

The Ideal Educator
You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
You will have previous experience leading a room, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children in the toddler age group.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (HLTAID012)
Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check
Demonstrate robust knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Have previous Room Leader experience or be ready to step into a leadership role
Be passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1–2 years
