The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Centre Director to lead a well‐established, high‐performing team.
This role requires a confident, strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with inspirational leadership.
You will play a key role in shaping the Centre's vision, driving quality outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with families and the wider community.
Working alongside a capable Assistant Director,



you will ensure the smooth and efficient day‐to‐day operation of the service while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Applicant
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced leader with a proven track record as a Centre Director in a long day care or early learning setting.
You will bring a strong professional presence and the ability to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
Key requirements include:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‐performing teams
Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to drive quality improvement and maintain compliance
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Valid Working With Children Check and RHHAN‐EC
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You will thrive in this role if you are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands‐on, and you take pride in delivering exceptional standards of education and care.
