Seeking an experienced Assistant Director/2IC for this fantastic well-resourced early learning centre in Googong area
Role: Assistant Director
anzuk Early Childhood is currently working with a new and purpose built early learning Centre on the NSW/ACT border.
This company is highly regarded and are known for their high quality of care, and commitment to their families.
The service is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.

Assistant Director / 2IC
looking to join a high-quality organisation and be an integral part of the exciting centre opening phase!
You will work closely with the Director to support the team and ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service
Mentoring and coaching educators
Conducting one-on-one meetings and staff appraisals
Supporting educators with professional practice and development




Assisting with compliance and quality standards
Helping organise centre events and excursions
About You:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood
Minimum 3 years' experiencein early childhood education
Experience as aRoom Leader or in a leadership capacity
Passion for supporting educators and mentoring teams
Looking for along-term opportunity within a supportive centre
