to take ownership of our online customer journeys, automation, tracking, segmentation and retention.

setting up and improving the systems and automations that track our customers, personalise their experience and increase repeat purchases and lifetime value.

We're looking for an experienced
eCommerce, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
to take ownership of our online customer journeys, automation, tracking, segmentation and retention.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for
setting up and improving the systems and automations that track our customers, personalise their experience and increase repeat purchases and lifetime value.
What You'll Be Doing
Set up and optimise
online customer automations
across the complete customer lifecycle.
Build and manage
Klaviyo email and SMS flows
including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, win-back, VIP and loyalty.
Use
customer data to build meaningful audience segments and deliver personalised communications
based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement and customer type.
Develop and implement strategies to improve
customer engagement, retention, loyalty, repeat purchase rate and lifetime value (LTV)
.
Set up customer
tracking, tagging and segmentation
to better understand online customer behaviour and purchasing patterns.
Track and improve
new vs returning customers, repeat purchase rate, LTV, AOV, retention and customer acquisition
.
Build different customer journeys for our
B2B professional beauty and B2C cosmetics customers
.




Manage and optimise
Klaviyo and Shopify Plus
integrations.
Audit our current customer journey, tracking and automation setup, identify gaps and
implement improvements from the ground up
.
Use
Claude and AI tools
to improve automation, customer personalisation, analysis and reporting.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion, cross-sell, upsell and customer retention.
Create explicit reporting showing
customer behaviour, lifecycle performance and revenue generated from CRM and automations
.
Continually test and optimise campaigns, flows, segmentation and customer journeys.
What We're Looking For
Advanced Klaviyo experience is essential.
Strong Shopify Plus / Shopify eCommerce experience.
Proven experience setting up
customer automation, tracking, segmentation and lifecycle journeys
.
Solid understanding of
CRM, retention, loyalty, personalisation and customer lifetime value
.
Ability to turn customer data into
targeted audiences, personalised marketing and actionable growth strategies
.
Experience with eCommerce analytics, attribution and customer reporting.
Confident using
Claude and other AI tools
to improve marketing and automation.
Commercially focused with a strong understanding of
online revenue, retention and customer profitability
.
Beauty, cosmetics or high-growth eCommerce experience is highly regarded.
Proactive and capable of
auditing what we currently have, identifying what is missing and implementing it
.
