Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
n
In this role you will deliver Anglicare's visual brand identity by conceptualising and designing a wide range of marketing assets, including social media graphics, short-form video, print campaigns and digital marketing materials, while also capturing, editing and managing high-quality photography.
n
Under the direction of the Creative Lead, the Graphic Designer will:

Apply Anglicare's visual brand guidelines and design standards consistently across all creative assets.
n
Prepare final, print-ready, and digital-ready artwork, including retouching images, resizing, and exporting files.
n
Produce engaging content for social media and digital channels, including short-form video, reels, and animations.
n
Collaborate with the marketing and design team to brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
n
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from concept through to final delivery, meeting agreed deadlines and quality expectations.
n
Manage in-house photography to meet professional quality standards for web and print use.

What our team are looking for
n
n




Current National Police Certificate OR NDIS Workers Screening
n
Current Queensland Driver Licence
n
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar field.
n
Demonstrated qualified experience in an agency or in-house marketing team.
n
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
n
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), light video editing (Premiere Pro), Canva Enterprise and CapCut highly regarded.
n
Exceptional typography, layout, and composition skills along with a solid understanding of industry accessibility standards.
n
Desirable Skills (not essential): Experience with HTML/CSS for building EDMs. Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney etc) for workflow efficiency. Basic UI/UX design knowledge. Animation skills.
