XtraClubs is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Parramatta club. You will own daily operations, manage staff and budgets, and ensure a consistently excellent member experience in a busy customer-facing wellness venue.
This permanent, full-time, in office role requires strong leadership, rostering, safety standards and the ability to drive member growth and local promotions. Salary: $80,000–$90,000 plus superannuation.
