Job Description
Due to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure team in Melbourne.
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
By joining our team, you'll be immersed in a robust, long-term pipeline of work, handling complex, large-scale and iconic projects across ANZ.
How you'll make a difference:
Proactive delivery of high-quality, timely and value-driven treatment planning solutions focused on optimisation,



sustainability, regulatory compliance, whole-of-lifecycle cost, and acceptable operational risk
Apply technical judgement, foresight and creativity to anticipate and resolve treatment process and project challenges, define design objectives and requirements, and contribute to treatment planning standards and guidelines
Provide technical leadership for water and wastewater treatment planning studies, including process selection, capacity assessments, and upgrade/augmentation strategies
Mentor and support junior engineers, building capability in treatment process design, modelling, and planning across the team.
