Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety - Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer
We're hiring a Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer to join our growing Adelaide Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team working with Patrick Walsh.

The Role
Due to growth of our Adelaide Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) practice, we're now seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer (0-1 year' PQE).
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Patrick Walsh and his team on a broad range of employment, industrial relations, discriminations, workplace investigations, work health and safety, workers compensation, and employment litigation matters.
You will be exposed to high-quality work for a diverse client base and be supported in developing your technical and commercial skills.
You will assist on a diverse range of matters, including:
Employment law and industrial relations advice
Workers compensation investigations and disputes
Workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
Discrimination,
bullying and harassment matters
Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
Workplace health and safety advice
Employment litigation and dispute resolution
Advocacy and preparation for matters before the Fair Work Commission and courts
Who We Are Looking For
We are interested in candidates who:
Have recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor of Laws and are eligible for admission, or have up to 2 years' post-admission experience
Demonstrate strong academic performance
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Are eager to build a career in workplace relations, employment and safety law
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
