Westminster School Council invites applications from exceptional educational leaders for the position of Principal.

The Role
Reporting to the School Council and as Chief Executive Officer, the Principal will:
Lead the implementation of Westminster's Strategic Plan while preserving and strengthening the School's distinctive culture, sense of purpose and community.
Inspire excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing and Adventurous Education across the Early Learning Centre to Year 12.
Foster a culture where students, staff and families experience authentic relationships, belonging and shared success.
Develop leadership capability and empower others to contribute to a thriving and connected school community.
Provide thoughtful stewardship of the School's people, governance, resources and long-term sustainability.
Guide Westminster confidently through a rapidly changing educational landscape,
embracing innovation and emerging technologies while remaining grounded in the School's enduring values.
About You
You are an accomplished educational leader who believes deeply in the transformative power of education and understands that outstanding schools are built on strong relationships, shared purpose and exceptional people.
You will bring:
A compelling educational vision and the ability to inspire confidence across a diverse school community.
Demonstrated success leading strategic improvement while nurturing a positive and values‐led culture.
Outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills with students, staff, families, alumni and the wider community.
Strong organisational, financial and governance capability together with sound strategic judgement.
A collaborative leadership style characterised by humility, authenticity and service.
A commitment to educational excellence, student wellbeing, child safety and preparing young people to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
