The Role: Elevate the Experience
We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Kitchen Hand
to join our back-of-house team.
This role suits someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, running smoothly and who works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Food mise en place:
Assisting chefs with food preparation.
Kitchen Standards:
Keep all work areas and dishes clean and organised, wear appropriate uniform and PPE.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure that all dishwasher machinery is working efficiently and that all chemicals being used are safely stored and handled.
Health and Safety:
Assist with setting up the kitchen and receiving and putting away food deliveries in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience:




Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Quick Service Restaurant, busy cafe, or bar) is desirable, but not essential.
Attributes:
We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanour and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
You must be committed to being a helpful and team-oriented team member.
Mandatory Requirements
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Chemform Training Certificate.
