About the Role
We're looking for an
Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary team in Penrith
, working across a flexible mix of
clinic, community and home-based therapy
throughout Western Sydney, Nepean, Hawkesbury and the Blue Mountains.
You'll work across the lifespan with a varied caseload shaped around participant needs and your clinical interests.
The team has experience across
Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology and equipment prescription, sensory and mobility assessments, falls prevention, and fine and gross motor development
.
It's a great option for an OT who enjoys community practice but also wants a




local clinic base and a genuinely connected MDT around them

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver strengths-based, person-centred Occupational Therapy across
clinic and community settings
Work with participants across the lifespan and a broad range of presentations
Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
Support participants to build independence and achieve meaningful everyday goals
Work collaboratively with families, carers and other stakeholders




Collaborate with your local multidisciplinary team
Manage your caseload with flexibility across clinic, community and telehealth
Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility if graduating
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community appointments
Strong communication and organisational skills
A curious, collaborative and person-centred approach
