The Walt Disney Company is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join the ANZ People & Culture team on a 12 month maximum term contract, supporting Cast Members and leaders across core HR activities and programs in Melbourne.
You will provide practical HR guidance, manage lifecycle processes, coordinate leaves and support Talent & Growth initiatives, while collaborating with HR partners and payroll to ensure a compliant, high-quality employee experience.
