Northeast Health Wangaratta in partnership with Universities are inviting applications for Post Graduate courses (Graduate certificate, Diploma and Master of Nursing) in ****.Students will learn how to recognise, respond to, and manage patients with acute presentations and evaluate care delivery to improve patient experience and outcomes.The emphasis is on multidisciplinary, holistic, patient centred care that is evidence-based.
