We are looking for an Educational Leader to lead, inspire, and guide educators to deliver high-quality, engaging early learning programs.
The Centre: Anzuk is proud to be working with this beautiful and established team driven, state-of-the-art service in the outer suburbs of Melbourne.
Renowned for its commitment to the local community, its low staff turnover and fantastic management team!
The service focuses on providing a supportive and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.
Educators encourage children to explore at their own pace within a thoughtfully prepared setting that fosters independence and curiosity.
They value hands‐on, experiential learning and support the development of the whole child.
The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-quality service recognized for its strong commitment to the local community and its focus on building meaningful relationships with children and families.

As the Educational Leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs, while guiding, mentoring, and coaching educators and teachers across all rooms to support consistent, best-practice outcomes.
You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and regulatory requirements.
You will also collaborate closely with the leadership team to inspire a culture of reflective practice, innovation, and excellence in teaching and learning.
The Candidate
As the ideal candidate,



you will bring a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF, along with hands‐on experience contributing to and managing the Quality Improvement Plan.
You will have prior experience in an Educational Leader role (or similar leadership position) and demonstrate confidence when communicating across all levels of management.
You will have a proven ability to support both the Director and the broader team in curriculum planning, programming, and professional development.
Your collaborative approach will enable you to effectively mentor and guide educators to enhance teaching practices and outcomes for children.
Most importantly, you will be passionate, motivated, and committed to continuous growth, always striving to deliver your best and inspire those around you.
Diploma or Bachelor of early childhood or ACEQCA equivalent
VIT and/or WWCC
5+ years in the Education Sector
Strong Understanding of the EYLF
Previous Experience in the Role
First Aid Certificate
Mandatory Reporting & GECCKO Training
Full working rights (18+ months)
