Location: South Burnett Community Services - Kingaroy, Qld
Remuneration: $***** - $***** ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
South Burnett Community Services offers a broad range of supports for people living with disability across the South Burnett and surrounding regions, helping individuals achieve their goals and meet their unique needs.
As a Support Worker, You Will:
Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You:
Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
A valid Queensland Driver's Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
